Easy Weeknight Glazed Salmon
Ever get to the bottom of the jam jar and not sure what to do? This recipe is super simple and can be used on top of baked chicken breast or even as a condiment for grilled fish, chicken or lamb.

Ingredients:
1 tsp. Bonne Maman Four Fruit Jam, or flavor of choice
1 tsp. whole grain mustard or Dijon style
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake half of the mix on top of an 8 ounce piece of salmon, reserve the rest for when it comes out of the oven. For the full directions on how to cook the salmon see my IGTV video.
