Day two is deep nourishment day 3 is movement today. We're going to talk about mindfulness now I feel like there is a lot of guilt. There is a lot of shame associated with this like I should meditate I should. Take deep breaths I should do Xy and Z Practice insert it journaling whatever you find that mindfulness practice could be for you like I should and you could be spiritual. It could be I should pray I should. Um, recite that mantra I should x y and z what I'd like you to do is to imagine balling that up right now in your hands and let's toss that away. Let's get rid of that energy of I should do anything and I said this. On day one and I'm going to bring it back here that let's create ease around mindfulness now I have 2 meditation albums I am a meditation teacher I've been meditating for my goodness probably 25 years I love mindfulness it is something that grounds me it is something that I use as an anchor in my life and I also use it for my mental health practice. So I use mindfulness in a ton of different ways today. Just going to talk about adding simple breath to your day. So I'm going to invite you before you get out of bed take a deep breath. So literally we're going to do it right now inhale through your nose. Exhale through your nose or mouth there was your mindfulness you have done it. That's it. That's all you have to do deep breath in your nose deep breath out your nose or mouth and any time during your day today.
