Here is your solution: Make salad dressing right in the jar! This dressing is perfect even for a weeknight. Simple toss in the ingredients and shake the jar (this can actually be very therapeutic especially after a day filled with screens).

Recipe: Frothy Hibiscus Latte

Flor de Jamaica (hibiscus) is a delicious herbal tea made from the calyx of the flower. It has a tart, floral, and fruity flavor similar to cranberries or pomegranate. The dried rose buds add to the floral notes in the hibiscus tea.

Feel free to use whatever milk you prefer. If you don’t have a milk frother, a blender will also work, but be mindful of the hot milk. Sweeten this with honey, if you like and top with rose petals to make it extra special. This recipe was originally featured on Tadin Tea

Peppermint Hot Chocolate Recipe & Mug Mindfulness Practice

This is an unconventional way to infuse tea, but it works! Simply pour the hot chocolate mixture over the tea bags into a mug and use a milk frother to add foam to the hot chocolate mixture. If you don’t have one, a blender will also work, but be mindful of the hot milk and be careful not to burn yourself. Note: Cacao powder has a richer flavor than cocoa powder, but either will work in this recipe. Add as little or as much sweetness with the maple syrup as you like.

I drink a matcha smoothie every day. I make some modifications here and there, but it’s full of greens and healthy fats and keeps me going until lunch. Soft Gingerbread Cookies & Easy Ginger Tea Latte

This recipe is my take on traditional gingerbread. They are shaped like Marranitos, Mexican gingerbread pig cookies. Marranitos are a pan dulce made with piloncillo. It doesn't contain ginger as an ingredient, so the ginger flavor comes from the Tadin Ginger Tea Blend made with ginger, orange peel, lemongrass, and licorice root.
