Fresh Herbs are beautiful and smell fragrant. I love touching rosemary or fresh mint and having the sent on my hands. This is an easy way to add beauty and fresh energy to your home and cooking. Each plant has it’s own energy and healing properties. For example thyme, is a strong anti-fungal, mood booster, mental clarity, and purification.
