Recipe: Frothy Hibiscus Latte

Flor de Jamaica (hibiscus) is a delicious herbal tea made from the calyx of the flower. It has a tart, floral, and fruity flavor similar to cranberries or pomegranate. The dried rose buds add to the floral notes in the hibiscus tea.

Feel free to use whatever milk you prefer. If you don’t have a milk frother, a blender will also work, but be mindful of the hot milk. Sweeten this with honey, if you like and top with rose petals to make it extra special. This recipe was originally featured on Tadin Tea

Recipe: Roasted Carrot Soup with Dandy Detox Tea

This soup is a genius way to use the Dandy Detox tea bag. It adds the detoxing properties of milk thistle and dandelion root and the warming flavors of peppermint and lemongrass. Feel free to add additional broth to this soup to achieve the consistency you like. Top with Greek yogurt or crema and add crunch and flavor with radishes and pepitas and by reserving some of the cooked carrots. Make sure to save some to garnish the soup too!
